Kids Corner Behavior Services is dedicated to maintaining the privacy of your protected health information (PHI). In conducting our business, we will create records regarding you and the treatment and services we provide to you. We also are required by law to provide you with this notice of our legal duties and the privacy practices that we maintain in our practice concerning your PHI. By federal and state law, we must follow the terms of the notice of privacy practices that we have in effect at the time of your care.

MOBILE TERMS and CONDITIONS:
These terms and conditions apply to individuals who have consented to receive text message communications from Kids Corner Behavior Services and its affiliates and subsidiaries.
If you have consented, you will receive text messages to the mobile telephone number you have provided at opt-in or intake about Kids Corner services (the “Program”). These text messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, greetings, weather or safety alerts, closures or other healthcare-related communications (the “Content”). These text messages may be delivered in a variety of formats (including images and video).
The number of text messages you may receive as part of the Program will vary in frequency, but the text messages will continue on a recurring basis unless you opt-out.
By consenting, you authorize Kids Corner to deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Content using any platform or automated technology, which may include an automatic telephone dialing system. You are not required to consent to receive the Content as a condition of receiving any services from Kids Corner.
You can opt out of receiving further Program texts from Kids Corner by replying “STOP” to any message from Kids Corner. You understand that you will, however, receive a response from Kids Corner either confirming receipt of your request or seeking clarification of your request. If you receive a text from an individual Kids Corner employee outside of a messaging platform, replying “STOP” to a text message from that individual will not discontinue texts from that individual.
You can call the location at which you are receiving services in response to any message from the Program to receive help, or you can also call (407) 989-4040.
There is no fee charged by Kids Corner to receive Program messages, but your mobile service provider’s message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider for the terms and conditions under which charges are billed and payable or deducted from your prepaid account.
Data that may be collected from you as part of the Program will be handled in accordance with the governing Notice of Privacy Practices provided to you at the commencement of services, the time of the collection of your personal data, and/or located in the Terms and Conditions above.
Kids Corner cannot guarantee the successful delivery of Program messages. Factors beyond the control of Kids Corner may impact message delivery, including equipment range and functionality, network capacity, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. Neither Kids Corner nor your mobile service provider carrier will be held liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Program may not be available on all US carriers.
